- About me....Baking for me is therapeutic. I love baking. For me baking is above all sharing the joy it brings me to others. I bake many things however cookies are my favorite of all baking. The ability to be creative and unique with designing a cookie with natural ingredients when possible, soft in texture, and using simple themes. I believe less is more in making a beautiful cookie. Taste is most important.
